What we do

Complimentary 15 Minute Introduction: 

We provide a brief introductory consultation via phone or video call (utilising Zoom) to introduce Design Shed, gain insight into your aspirations, and evaluate your specific requirements. 

Initial Consultation:

This typically involves a face-to-face meeting at your home, lasting between one to two hours. During this session, we will explore your overarching objectives, discuss preliminary design concepts, and offer strategic advice. This collaborative exchange allows us to gain a comprehensive understanding of your prospective project, determine subsequent steps, and begin developing effective strategies for progression. Our standard fee for this consultation is £75 per hour. Should you decide to engage our services following the issuance of a formal fee proposal (details provided below), the initial consultation fee will be credited against the total proposal amount. 

Bespoke Architectural Services:

Subsequent to the initial consultation to determine your specific requirements, we will provide a bespoke fee proposal, detailing the scope of architectural services tailored to your needs. The proposed fee structure may be established as either a fixed fee or an hourly rate, contingent upon the project's scope. We offer an extensive array of services, ranging from minimal intervention to comprehensive architectural solutions, as outlined below.

Consultancy Services:

Design Shed also offer consultancy to other design professionals, including CAD support and artistic sketch drawings.
